1. About Privium
Privium is a paid membership club that gives subscribers access to discounts, loyalty rewards and offers from partner vendors in Bahrain. These terms govern your use of the Privium mobile app, the vendor portal, and our websites. By creating an account or using Privium you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Membership & free trial
- New accounts receive a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (3, 6 or 12 months), billed at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions provide access for the purchased period. Unless stated otherwise, they do not renew automatically without your action.
- One account is for one person on one device. Signing in on a new device signs the account out of the previous device.
- Gift memberships are redeemed by code and are valid for the stated duration from activation. Gift codes are single-use.
3. Offers, codes & loyalty rewards
- Offers are provided by partner vendors, may change or end at any time, and may be limited to specific branches, quantities or terms shown in the app.
- Discount codes are personal, time-limited and single-use. Codes must be presented and redeemed at the vendor at the time of purchase.
- Loyalty stamps, raffle entries and milestone rewards (such as bonus months) are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and reset or expire as described in the app.
- Privium is not the seller of vendor products or services and is not responsible for their quality or availability. Disputes about a product or service are between you and the vendor.
4. Fair use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform — for example sharing accounts, reselling codes, using automation, manipulating stamps or redemptions, or attempting to interfere with our systems. Suspended accounts are not entitled to refunds of unused periods arising from abuse.
5. Payments & refunds
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the membership period has started. If a technical error on our side prevents you from using a paid membership, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Vendors
Vendor accounts are provisioned by Privium. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their pages, branches and offers, for honouring valid codes presented during an offer's validity, and for their compliance with applicable laws. Analytics provided to vendors are aggregated and do not include customers' personal profiles.
7. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to your phone number or sign-in provider secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; deletion is permanent.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Privium is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the current membership period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use of Privium after a change means you accept the new terms.
