1. Sponsor
The Privium Monthly Raffle (the “Raffle”) is run by Privium, operated by Ahmed Alabbasi, Kingdom of Bahrain (the “Sponsor”). Questions about the Raffle: partner@privium.online.
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, this raffle. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, this raffle.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or membership is necessary to enter or win. Buying a membership does not improve your chance of winning.
3. Who can enter
- The Raffle is open to residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain who are 18 or older when they enter.
- Privium staff and the staff of Privium partner venues may not enter.
- The Sponsor may ask a winner for proof of age and residency before handing over the prize.
4. Raffle period
Each calendar month is a separate raffle. Months are counted in UTC: the entry period opens at 03:00 Bahrain time on the 1st of the month (00:00 UTC) and runs until the draw on the last day of that month (Bahrain time). Stamps collected after the draw and before 03:00 Bahrain time on the 1st of the next month do not count towards either month's raffle.
5. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Both give exactly the same chance of winning.
- In the Privium app. A member who collects, during the month, at least the number of loyalty stamps shown for the raffle on the app's Rewards screen is entered automatically.
- Free entry by email. During the month, send an email to partner@privium.online with the subject “Raffle entry”, your full name and your phone number. No purchase, membership or app is needed.
Each person can have one entry per month, whichever way they enter. Extra emails, or entering both in the app and by email, still count as one entry. Email entries must arrive before that month's draw.
6. Prize
One prize each month: 5 Membership Gift Cards — five 12-month Privium memberships, delivered as single-use gift codes. The winner can keep them or give them to others. The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable for value. If the prize cannot be provided for reasons beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Draw
The winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries for the month on the last day of each calendar month (Bahrain time). The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received that month.
8. Winner notification and claim
- The winner is notified in the Privium app (for app entries) and by phone within 7 days of the draw. Free-entry winners are contacted by phone and email.
- The winner has 30 days from notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in time, or the winner is not eligible, it is forfeited and a new winner is drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Fair play
The Sponsor may disqualify entries made with false details, automation, shared or multiple accounts, manipulated stamps or redemptions, or any other attempt to interfere with the Raffle. If the Raffle cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may change, suspend or cancel it and will post a notice in the app.
10. Your information
We use the name, phone number, email and stamp count of entrants to run the draw and contact the winner, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. By entering, you accept these rules and the Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Raffle. See also our Terms of Service.
